There are no forms to be completed, deductibles to be met, or pre-existing exclusions. You may go to the doctor as soon as you want and as often as you need. Use the card to save on treatment after your insurance coverage ends.

How to Access your Savings

Simply search our online databases or call the toll free number listed in your online membership guide for a provider in your area.

Show your membership card to the provider at the time of your visit to receive the discount and identify your self as an Everyday HealthCard Program member. Call the number on the back of your card for more information.

What's the Catch?

Remember, this program is not insurance and should not be used with insurance. It is intended for families and individuals without insurance.

Advice

Even if your favorite local chiropractor is not listed as a participant, you might want to confirm this by showing your card and asking them if they will honor the Everyday Savings Chiropractic Care discount plan.

If the Everyday Savings Chiropractic Care discount is not available through your provider, check to see if it is available through other practices in your area. Chances are, if you are flexible, you will generally find the Chiropractic Care discount plan available within a close proximity.

FAQs

	How soon can I start using my Everyday Savings Chiropractic Care discount and save up to 50%?
	You can start looking for a participating provider upon receiving your Everyday HealthCard Program enrollment confirmation e-mail, which will contain your membership ID #. Allow 15 days to receive your membership card which will be needed to actually obtain your discount.
	Will I always get a discount?
	Yes, the Everyday Savings Chiropractic Care discount plan will save you money at all participating providers. Remember though, that this program is not insurace and cannot be used in conjuction with existing insurance plans.
	If my existing chiropractic provider participates in this program, will they be upset that I’m now paying so much less for the same services?
	Not at all, it’s your “Everyday Right” to save wherever you can. Your chiropractor should be glad that he/she does participate, and that they didn’t lose your business to someone else who participates in the Everyday Savings Program.
