Integrated Health Plan, Inc (IHP) is a national
provider network which offers Everyday HealthCard
members the opportunity to reduce annual medical
expenditures by hundreds of dollars.
Below is a list of some additional available services
(normally not covered by insurance) which are discounted
through our program:

How to Access your Savings
|
Simply search our online databases or call the
toll free "physician locator" number on the back
of your membership card to locate a participating
provider in your area.

Call the participating provider of your choice
to make an appointment.* Be sure to identify
yourself as a member of the "IHP Medical" Network.
|

You must show your membership card to the
provider at the time of visit to receive the
discount. The provider will call the network to
determine the exact amount of discount and that
amount will be reflected on your bill. |

You must pay the total bill, less the
applicable discount, at the time service is
rendered to receive the discounted price. It is
the responsibility of the patient to inform the
facility of the conditions of his/her healthcare
program. |

What's the Catch?
|
As stated above, you will only receive your
membership discount if you pay in full at the time
the service is rendered. This program cannot be
used in conjunction with a payment plan. Remeber,
it is the responsibility of the patient to inform
the facility of the conditions of his/her
healthcare program. |

Advice
|
Since there are no age or medical history
restrictions, anyone is eligible to receive these
savings.
Be sure to find out ahead of time exactly how
much your procedure will cost. Remember, you must
pay for services rendered in full in order to
receive the membership discount.

FAQs

How soon can I start using the Doctor
Care Program? |
|
You can start looking for a participating
provider upon receiving your Everyday HealthCard
Program enrollment confirmation e-mail, which will
contain your membership ID #. Allow 15 days to
receive your membership card which will be
needed to actually obtain your discount.

Will I always get a discount? |
|
Yes, the Doctor Care discount plan will
save you money at all participating providers.
Remember though, that this program is not insurace
and cannot be used in conjuction with existing
insurance plans. |

If my existing provider participates in
this program, will they be upset that I’m now
paying so much less for the same
services? |
|
Not at all, it’s your “Everyday Right” to save
wherever you can. Your chiropractor should be glad
that he/she does participate, and that they didn’t
lose your business to someone else who
participates in the Everyday Savings Program.
