  • Advice on prescription and over-the-counter medications

How soon can I start using the 24 hr Nurse Hotline?


You can begin to use this service upon receiving your Everyday HealthCard Program enrollment confirmation e-mail, which will contain your membership ID # and enable you to log on to the member site. 


Will I always be able to speak with someone?


Yes, our nurses are standing by to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.


Is all of the information shared during the phone calls confidential?


Yes, all conversations between you and our nurses are confidential and are not shared with others.
